Hall of Adopted Friends

This page is dedicated to remembering the friends who have been successfully placed into their forever homes!

Fajita-7.jpg

Fajita

Male Bearded Dragon

Intake: 3/2/2024

Adopted: 12/14/2024

Fajita arrived as a tiny baby with bite injuries to his feet, toes, tail and toe tips from an adult bearded dragon. He subsequently lost half of his right hind foot, several toe tips, and sustained permanent tendon damage in his right wrist. With lots of TLC, Fajita's wounds healed wonderfully and he began to grow into a handsome young gentleman. As he matured, he developed a bit of an attitude. He definitely wanted everyone to know he was the boss!

Chickpea

Female Bearded Dragon

Intake: 12/22/2022

Adopted: 9/9/2023

Chickpea came to stay with us when she was a little over a year old. She was very malnourished and was only the size of a 3 month old bearded dragon. Chickpea was not given any UVB lighting, but thankfully did not develop any severe health issues from this. She had also not been handled much, and was a very defensive little dragon. With the right care, Chickpea rapidly gained weight, caught up in growth, and tamed down nicely!

Sashimi

Female Leopard Gecko

Intake: 12/7/2022

Adopted: 3/2/2023

Sashimi arrived at LLRR in relatively good health, aside from some missing toe tips and stuck shed. She was a very outgoing leopard gecko and was very curious about everything happening around her. Sashimi was only with us for a short while, and was adopted not long after her quarantine period ended.
