Sex: Female
Intake Date: 12/11/2024
Adoption Status: In Quarantine
Special Needs: N/A

Cookie is a beautiful little lady who's estimated to be between 4-6 years old. Cookie was living in a tiny 10 gallon enclosure with only one hide and a water dish for at least 3 years of her life. She has a regrown tail that has a bit of extra skin from the tail tearing and healing poorly, but this does not affect her ability to shed. Cookie is a very food-motivated lady and will actively watch you from her enclosure. She does very well with gentle handling, and seems to enjoy sitting on a warm hand to observe everything around her.

Mocha
Ball Python
Age: 1.5 year
Sex: Female
Intake Date: 12/24/2023
Adoption Status: Available
Special Needs: Experienced Homes Only

Meet Mocha! This little ball python came in with mild respiratory issues and stuck shed from poor humidity levels, as well as a parasitic infection. She's a shy girl, but handleable and curious about her surroundings. Except when it's time to shed, she's an excellent eater, and has taken frozen-thawed mice, chickens and quail with no issue. She does get a little snippy around food time, and is currently being target-trained while she is here. She would be best suited for a home that has experience with defensive or skittish snakes. Mocha has been tested with a full boid panel and given the all-clear for viruses and contagions. She is small right now, but she will need a minimum of a 4x2x2' enclosure as an adult. Please be aware that female ball pythons can potentially grow upwards of 5 feet in length, so they need proper room to stretch and roam!
Chompy
Bearded Dragon
Age: 2 years
Sex: Female
Intake Date: 11/27/2023
Adoption Status: Available
Special Needs: MBD Deformities

This little lady is Chompy! Chompy was surrendered by good Samaritans who took her from a bad situation. Chompy came in with severe mobility issues due to metabolic bone disease. Her body was initially very weak and rubbery, and she does have permanent deformities to her wrists, tail base, ribs and knees. She is also very small for her age, and was only the size of a 2-3 month old bearded dragon on arrival. With proper care and time, Chompy recovered amazingly! She is still small for her age, but has been steadily growing. She is able to climb, run and chase insects with very little issues. Despite her name, Chompy is a very sweet girl who would be more inclined to lick you than bite.
Tikka
Leopard Gecko
Age: 2 years
Sex: Female
Intake Date: 9/25/2023
Adoption Status: PENDING
Special Needs: N/A

Tikka is one of the most personable geckos I've had the privilege of rehabilitating. She is a very outgoing lady who is used to being handled, and loves exploring outside of her enclosure. When Tikka arrived, she was severely malnourished and suffering from infections resulting from vitamin deficiencies. She is also missing most of her toes from no access to proper humidity. The very tip of her tail suffered nerve damage and tissue death and had to be amputated, but it has since regrown nicely. As a result of her malnourishment, Tikka is still a very small gecko. Thankfully, she has overcome her health conditions from neglect, and is steadily catching up in growth. Tikka has a very big personality for her tiny size and would make a perfect addition to a loving, knowledgeable home!
Queso
Leopard Gecko
Age: 5 years
Sex: Male
Intake Date: 5/1/2023
Adoption Status: Available
Special Needs: MBD Deformities

Meet Queso! This big gentleman is a sweet, sociable leopard gecko who does fantastically with handling. He will readily walk onto your open palm to be taken out of his enclosure, and does very well with hand-feeding. Queso is still a young man at around five years old. He does have deformities in his front limbs from metabolic bone disease, but these do not prevent him from climbing or exploring like a normal gecko. Queso will make a great family addition for those looking to adopt a relaxed and well-socialized friend!
Pinto
Leopard Gecko
Age: 3 years
Sex: Male
Intake Date: 11/22/2022
Adoption Status: Available
Special Needs: N/A

Pinto is a leopard gecko with a big appetite! He's quick to pounce on bugs at mealtime, but can be a little shy. When Pinto first arrived, he was very malnourished, dehydrated and underweight. He also dragged his hind legs, and developed a problem with fluid retention. With proper husbandry and diet, Pinto has improved very well! He's gained weight, he no longer drags his legs and his bathroom habits have returned to normal. Pinto does have a mild case of metabolic bone disease, which is evident by the slight hump at the base of his spine. He also has a slight crook to his lower jaw. This does not affect his mobility or eating in any way. This little guy would do well in a quiet home with owners who can appreciate him from a distance.
